Would love to give 0 stars. Support is scripted. I would be connected to an agent and my text box disappeared so I couldn’t reply or send any photos. I wrote this in my initial chat but agent after agent would ask for photos… almost wondering if the support agents are chat bots… there’s no other way of contact and I even initially asked if there’s another avenue. I guess I’ll take the $7 hit for a food item I cannot eat because I’m allergic to an ingredient…. the app didn’t notify me that my shopper swapped an item (I didn’t even approve). There’s a reason I don’t use Uber Eats often and I think this just solidified that I’ll never use it again. Fix your support!
