The absolute worst!!!! Every time I call the agent never gets my concern right. They then cold transfer you around to different wrong departments. Then they disconnect the call after you've been on the call for 45 minutes. I have no idea how they are allowed to continue this way without supervisory repercussions or updating in training. I'm on the phone with them right now and it's been 45 minutes to answer a simple question and I'm still on hold while te agent TRIES to find a supervisor after I was told i was being transferred to a (the agent I'm currently talking to now) was a supervisor.
