horrible - i've asked for them to review the fare on a recent ride and three times over all the support person responds with is "you've had too many fare adjustments already on your account so we can't do anything". I think they are referring to two rides where I asked to have the PAYMENT METHOD changed. I've never complained before. I wasn't even that upset about it, but now their support has me furious. I'm done with this company - worst customer service ever. Don't even deserve one star.
