Customer service was rude! I got an email fro Uber “One” stating I was charged. Ignored because I thought it was one of those scammy emails. I wasn’t expecting to be charged because I do not use “Uber ONE.” I look at my transactions and sure enough I was charged by Uber “ONE.” I reached out, explain to Jayda that I didn’t subscribe to Uber ONE and I’d like my FULL refund. She states it isn’t possible to get a refund for a something I paid that I don’t even use and no nothing about. She then ends the chat.
