I have never in my 36 years experienced worse customer support than Uber's. They simply copy and paste a response without actually addressing my problem. I have been trying to get a refund for a rental car I booked through them that I was refused by the rental company. Uber told me I needed to bring a major credit card which I did. I was never told they would not accept discover. Uber support has closed my ticket over 50 times without even once being addressed by a real person with a real (not copy and pasted) response. There is absolutely no way up contact support any other way. I can't believe support can be this bad.
