Too bad less than 1 star isn't available. I made a mistake of starting setting up an account using the "driver" app vs the "rider" app and input some private data that should have never been requested. No matter how I tried, Uber support will not delete that "driver" account without deleting ALL Uber accounts associated with my cell phone number. Twice, on the phone, the support staff claimed it could be done through a "link" they sent to me, but that link DID NOT work as described.
Their support system is of no help!
