Absolutely dire support. I paid for an order in credit, this was cancelled, the credit never came back.
I've been going in circles for days (It took 2 days just to contact someone in the first place as well....) and I keep being told about a temporary authorization hold on my bank transfer, when there was no bank transfer whatsoever and I've said this 4 times with nobody listening and just parroting the same thing back to me again and again.
