I have tried to sort out issues with our Store - ie it has been disconnected with no warning or correspondence.
We had photo shoot and spent a lot of time and money on getting it up and running and now it has disappeared.
Help desk is useless, they just keep saying they have escilated the issue but I hear from no one.
