I have been using Uber for a very long time - always choosing it over sometimes better apps (mostly because I couldn’t be bothered to have more apps on my phone).
But recently, I had a taxi ride where the driver clearly took a longer route and also made a mistake at the end making the ride much more expensive as usual.
They dismissed it completely and did not refund even partially.
I am extremely disappointed and will not be using it again. Have just downloaded another much better app. No more Uber.
