I had scheduled an Uber to pick us up at 11:10. The driver was in the wrong spot, 1/2 mile away, and wouldn't come to the correct spot. He couldn't speak English and was lost. So, he decided to leave us stranded in Baltimore!. Uber just sends you a text saying we're sorry it didn't work out, try again! On top of all that they charged me an extra $25, which I'm disputing. Don't take Uber. Based on my experience their drivers don't speak English and don't know where they are going. Unreliable!
