My twenty year old son contacted Uber for a ride. He was informed a red vehicle would be picking him up. When the driver arrived in a white sedan he refused to get into the car. The Uber driver became irate and punched my son in the face. Uber responded by licking my sons account. A police report was filed and investigation is ongoing.
