I used to be a driver for Uber and I lost my login info. I used an authenticator and since it's been more than 5 years I last used it, I no longer have that authenticator and lost alll ways to login. After 7 (SEVEN) agents, I'm still without access. Chat agents don't even bother to read what you are texting. I'm explaining I can't login and they right away go for "I have made some changes in your account... please follow this link". The link? just to get to the app! I know how to get to the app and nothing. The last agent identified as a "supervisor". This time I requested an account deletion since I can't access it. Her answer? ... "LOGIN to your account to delete it yourself"... "Dear lady, I CAN'T LOGIN!... anyway, I'm sorry to say it's possibly the worst customer support system I've seen in my life and I've seen bad!
