Service, delivery and returns and refund!! I placed an order with the restaurant called Yoshi here in Temple Texas. Three people have picked up my order and no one brought it to me so I canceled the order before time. I called the restaurant to see if anyone had came and he said they sent it off about 25 minutes ago, so I contact customer care and they tell me that they can’t refund my money because I’m the one that canceled before the time. I explain this to customer care and they did not want to refund my money. I cancel my subscription with them and deleted their app. They are most definitely crooks. I don’t care about their customers. I spent well over $600 with him in the last two months that’s how often I use the service. So they will never get another dime for me and if I need to go get food now I’ll take a Lyft.
