I reserved my ride the night before my flight. My ride never came, I missed my flight and even after double checking my debit card the error was all on Uber, I tried 3 cards and was never informed they were not coming. I did get a taxi ride at twice the price but at least got to the airport.
Strangely, the Uber chat disappeared from my app when they said they saw the reservation
