When drivers are wrong or when their app screws up and a rider requests a refund it is a daunting task. 9 times out of 10 they say you've exhausted your allotted refunds.
So, let me get this straight, I have to pay for extended travel time because bad routes are used, extended travel time though I provide a better route the driver refuses to accept, spoken to with attitude, constant long wait times when drivers decide to swap you out with another driver especially when you see they just drove near your pick-up location, etc.
Further, they use a timer for drivers to arrive, which is inaccurate. At times Uber notifies you the driver has arrived, yet they are nowhere to be found. If they are not at the wrong door or address, they just didn't arrive yet and we are subjected to large wait time charges!
Amd-UBER WILL NOT REFUND 9 TIMES OUT OF 10 BECAUSE YOU ARE TOLD YOU'VE GONE OVER YOUR REFUND ALLOTTMENT!
