MY BAD EXPERIENCE IS SIMPLY NOT BEING ABLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE AT UBER FOR SUPPORT. I HAVE BEEN USING YOU FOR YEARS AND A RECEIPT IS NOT SHOWING UP IN MY RIDES BUT THERE IS NO SOLUTION ON YOUR WEBSITE OR ANYWHERE ELSE. NO ONE SHOULD USE A COMPANY THAT HAS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT ALL. i WILL BE SWITCHING TO LYFT.
