**** WORST SUPPORT EVER DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ****
I keep getting multiple unknown charges for months on end, every time I dispute I have to cancel my cc and wait for a new one. This has happened 6 times this year!!
I finally was called from support and it rang once so I called back and was advised that I would be getting refunded for 2 charges of like 10, in which I did provide proof. The agent even emailed me our conversation.
I called to follow up after 2 weeks of not getting refunded and noticed 2 new charges since my last correspondence and spoke with a different agent saying I will not be getting a refund.
I asked simple questions, like what is Uber Technologies and was completely ignored.
Eventually I was hung up on and my number blocked for calling.
Since then I've reached out online and have been transferred to 4 agents in 2 hours which whom all have said they don't do calls, which is weird because I just talked to someone from "support" yesterday.
I am now seeking legal advice.
This has been sooo time consuming and expensive and I will be telling everyone about my experience.
It's a small amount for a big company to just disregard me like this.
The worst service I have ever received. What is the point of support when you don't get it?
