The service has been incredibly disappointing. As an Uber One customer, I’ve had to wait nearly an hour for my ride two days in a row. Today, the app kept showing a 6-minute wait, yet the driver didn’t move at all. When I requested a Lyft ride, it arrived in just 5 minutes, confirming traffic wasn’t the issue.
After submitting feedback about the previous delay, I received no response. Today, when I tried to file a complaint, I couldn’t find a way to submit it. This level of service is unacceptable.
