I have never used uber someone else used my card and created an account with my card and uber is refusing to give my money back. Saying it's not fraud charges when clearly it is. Someone spent over $200 on my card. An Uber said it's not their problem. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. As well as made a police report. I don't understand how a business can do this to someone and get away with it.
