Extremely poor customer service. Did not receive the vehicle I had received for over 2 months. Vehicle was dirty. Most horrible part vehicle was defective. Very dangerous. Had to spend time at a mechanics shop on my vacation because Hertz neglected maintenance and sent me and my family out on the road with a dangerous vehicle. When returned, they wanted to charge extra for cleaning fees. My attorney should have a field day with this one!
