WOULD NEVER USE HERTZ AGAIN!! A 1 hr 30 min wait to collect a car at Edinburgh airport on Sat 31st August, 2 staff on the desk, and some customers were at the desk for 15-20 mins each completing their rental agreements. Eventually after 1 hour a few more desks opened up. A very stressful situation all round with no one to ask how long things would take, surely a better system can be sorted out?!?!
