Rental broke down and left stranded in a village in a foreign country. Promised replacement vehicle was cancelled and we told to make our own arrangements.
Despite 4 emails and 3 phone calls, nothing received from them. Absolute masters of poor customer service. I always respected the name of Hertz for quality and through one experience, it's become the worst I have ever known! It really doesn't take much to say sorry with some meaning!
