The Airport office was closed
we landed just after 12 midnight
Once we were able to locate the hire car, which was on an industrial estate twenty mins away a taxi cost us over fifty pounds
We had an elderly chap with bone cancer travelling with us which was why we needed the car from the Airport
We had hired the car from discover cars.com who passed it to Thrifty, who passed it to hertz’s
All three would not help and change the drop off for the Airport even thou I explained about our disabled chap
Heartless companies
Didn’t care about our situation
Customer service was shocking
Thrifty and Discovercars.com are very good at putting the phone down thou
Thrifty do one better and actually told me I hadn’t phoned them
