I booked a car a week in advance, but on the pickup day, the car was not ready. To make matters worse, I couldn't access the car and had to wait for someone to respond to my message since there was no contact number available. I ended up waiting for 3 hours and still did not receive the car. The customer service was extremely poor. I strongly advise avoiding this service.
