Had a delayed flight into Bordeaux, checked in for the car on line with easyJet/Hertz email that was sent to me. Called Hertz to advise of flight delay. Arrived at Bordeaux airport to find they didn’t bother to wait and had closed up and left. All other providers on site had remained open for the flight (45 mins delayed). Had to stay overnight at a hotel at the airport to the tune of 220 euros. Neither EasyJet or Hertz are interested.
