I tried to rent a car to be told that Hertz couldn’t find my address in there system despite the fact that I lived there for 25years. And even told them that I have some proof of address with me. And never ever had an issue with other companies(bank,credit cards etc…) and on top that I am charged for the rental. Avoid using Hertz there plenty of other and better car rental companies. The worst company I ever rented from and I rent a lot of cars all around Europe with work
