Recently I used Hertz in West Palm beach airport in Florida for first time. And had super service. Fast, convenient , professional. I got what i wanted. I return I was late to Airport, without asking gave me drive to take me fast as possible to airport. I got names Jose, Alphonse, and another friendly gentlemen could be supervisor or so. This was November 3-8 , 20024. I will always use only that company. Sincerely virginia
