Well done to the employee hope you get your bonus my friend you ruined our trip to the UK when I was tired. Avoid this company they are not honest. They take advantage of customers being tired, wanting to get on with the journey and can not be trusted. Got a total bill of over $4,500 for 11 days - brutal. Never ever again.
