HERTZ PLAYA DEL CARMEN MEXICO I reserved a full-size vehicle. During pickup, a Hertz employee told me the vehicle was not available, but they offered another one…only that it would double the price of the original reservation. I disagreed, so I was offered the alternative of being placed on a “waiting list” with no assurance of when the vehicle would be available. I WENT TO ALAMO RIGHT DOWN THE STREET!!! Draw your own conclusions.
