Customer service is non existent. Car crashed into mine when parked. Accident recovery phone number doesn't work. Tried 5 different phone numbers to reach Hertz all of which lead to an automated system that doesn't let you leave a message (to end message press the pound sign! - we don't have one on UK mobiles!) so no way of contacting the company to arrange a replacement. I think its probably deliberate so they don't have to help you when you have an accident. I believe this counts as fraud.
