They were quick to take MY money on the 20th of May! I was asked 3 questions that I already answered on the forms by the “providers” and no shipment still of the product. I was crying on the voicemail phone and I had to mention a refund to them several times before getting directions, which they will take 5-10 business days to issue! I was shocked it takes them SO LONG to give the money back but so quick to take it.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I had to schedule with a local clinic for my treatment. This is not a fast process. I needed it done this week or else I would miss the mark for what I needed to be done.
