They withdraw your money before providing any services which is absurd to me. They say they will get back to you within one business day. For a service that time is essential on, paying for expediting shipping and still not having them approve your claim after four days is unacceptable. Skip this company, they just want your money (it’s alot!) and try to find a family planning or planned parenthood near you.
