We had a great experience from start to finish ordering from Hideaway beds, the team kept us updated every step of the way with regular delivery updates via email and text message. Delivery was straight forward and the boxes were handled with care. Assembly wise, we had no problems and the main carcass was quick to assemble. The main part to remember is if your floors and/or wall is not level to pack these out so the unit sits as level as possible. Overall we are really pleased with our Hideaway bed, our son reports that the bed and mattress is really comfortable.
