Part of the car hire process was to pay a local deposit when I collected the car. This was in September, and they still flatly refuse to refund my deposit. Told them I would leave a bad review, but they do not care at all.
Their cars are older than most and after they keep your deposit, it is no cheaper than elsewhere. AVOID LIKE THE VIRUS, as you will get caught
