We hired a car from CDG airport (supplied by Thrifty) which turned out to be in a dangerous state: non functional windscreen wash and a a sheet of inflammable sound insulation, originally attached to the bonnet, but had disintegrated and was resting on the engine. In addition, I paid extra for a car with sat nav, but it didn't have it, nor would it connect to my mobile phone. Picture of damaged foam included
