I had a holiday car rental booked online through Holiday Autos on 16th December 2022 for 7 days in Malaga Aiport for an amount of £80.
The Car hire provider DELPASO Car Hire has charged me for the excess insurance to release the rental car as the name on my credit card was not mentioned fully.
When contacted Holiday Autos, they mentioned that they didn't have the terms and conditions mentioning the same regarding the name with abbreviations in their policy and asked to raise a case once the rental is returned and
after returning the car on 29th December i have raised the case and they have come back with a response saying we can't do anything as it is their supplier's policy which was not clearly communicated.Stay away from these online thieves and their automated customer service and over the phone service was appalling.
