Horrible, just horrible!
I made a rental transaction for having a car for 20days. At the pickup desk, I did not even got the car due to credit card issues. The very same moment, I said ok, I have no other way but to ask for order cancellation, I writtenly confirmed a 95euros penalty for the cancellation to take place and 2 days after they emailed me that my card had the problem and they will keep the whole order's amount...Can you imagine that, it just happened to me!!!
