We rented a car in florence. Our flight was delayed and we tried to connect to them with no response. At arrival , 1 hr late and 30 min waiting time at the rental desk they told us that the car was cancelled. No replacement car and no refund. Contacted customer service that just ignored the story and referred to terms and conditions. No consideration for the fact that they were not reacheable. We sent an email to the address on the website that have a late ” not in use anymore” response. This feels like stealing money from your customers.
