Paid for a vehicle to be picked up at Chania Airport Crete, August 2024.
Lost my credit card at Dubai International airport so couldn't produce my card for the "Deposit" that is usually placed on hold.I offered to settle any deposit in cash, this was refused and so no car, no Refund and so NEVER AGAIN HOLIDAY AUTOS.
