I booked and paid my car upfront on there website.
They haven't given my booking to the agency so no car was available for me, late at night in a new country (very upset and painful to find a solution).
2 months later and after having contacted them a hundred times I still haven't got a refund. There are a bunch of scammers, stay away from them.
