Our flight was delayed and we were over two hours late due to this. Holiday Autos cancelled our booking and refused a refund on the basis that we should have advised them that we would be late. We had no way of letting them know as the delay was unforeseen and we were sat on the runway for two hours unable to use our phones. The hire car company were ambivalent and Holiday Autos response to my complaint has been pitiful. It is now with the ombudsman.
Buy cheap buy twice has never been truer. AVOID
