Compete rip off .We were delayed by a later flight diversion so were outside our two hour collection slot . Despite phoning to warn them ( phone not answered ) our paid for car was allocated to someone else.
Holiday autos failed to refund our money and we had to spend extra money on a short notice rental through someone else .. They made money through renting the car twice in a situation outside our control
