PLEASE DO NOT USE
Firstly it took an hour to queue in the airport then the lady serving was the rudest I have come across, their terms and conditions are not clear and it does not state unless you trawl through the pages of terms that they do not accept Amex, the lady agreed to a refund and said she would and didn't, so after many emails with customer service ( they do not answer the phones) they have refused any refund. We had no choice than to pay an additional £450 to hire another car from a more reputable car hire company. DO NOT USE
