Spoke to two very rude people in the complaints department.
Called 5minutes after my rental started because the people at the desk were slow and they refused the refund.
Unstanderstand it's in the T and C's but from a real world perspective it's not a very reasonable thing to do - charging someone £100 because they were 5mins late.
