The company charged me 25 euro for late pick up (70 min after the scheduled pick up time) even though it was related to delay flight. Will never do business with this company ! I called the company and said that I have a flight number and they can easily verify this information. The response was stunning: "we are not interested in verifying this information as you did not enter the flight information at the time of booking"
They provide 'better prices' but seek in additional charges.
