Dire. The Holiday Auots IT system had fallen over so I had no idea if my online booking had been successful.
So tried callin g them on their "24 hour, 7 days a week number". After 75 minutes of waiting no-one answered.....and this was at 10.30am, not in the middle of the night.
Dreadful. Time the EU put a stop to these rip off companies.
