Rented car via holiday autos and paid in full.
They then offloaded the hire to gold car.
When collecting the car in the early hours of the morning after a delayed flight I was presented with an agreement in Spanish foe €380+. When questioned I was told that I would have to pay to get the car and If I was unhappy I should make a complaint later.
Have contacted Holiday Autos on numerous occasions and the do not want to know. They just ignore the facts and say that you signed the agreement so you are liable for the costs.
