I booked a car with a debit card, so the sum of 190.83 EUR has been debited from my account and when arrived in front of the rental agency, the debit cards are not accepted. So why can we book online if the debit cards are not accepted?!!!
I did not have a car that day, nor the refund of this sum. This is an open and public fraud/scam of the sum of 190.73 EUR (if you want to see the invoice for this open fraud, I can send it to you). Very bad service !!!
