I recieved an email informing me about the extra insurance I could take out, it indicated that the excess on the car was £2500 but when I collected the car from avis the excess was only £180!! The policy cost me £80.
Trying to complain to hooidayautos got me no where, they did not even acknowledge there was a complaint!
I will be reporting them to the financial ombudsman for miss selling
I would not recomend holidayautos to anyone!
