Stay Away from these guys.
I didn't collect the car as agent didn't have the car i had requested for. The process of refund should have been easy. I supplied relevant document signed by the agent that the car was not collected. ~Customer service wrote back to me requesting for my flight details. Absolutely random request.
Tips - even if you decide to rent the car, don't buy any insurance from these guys. You can buy cheaper insurance directly from the company where you collect the car from.
